Naureen joined Kaizen Financial Strategies in July 2025, bringing extensive experience in client engagement, communications, and process expertise to enhance our client service operations.

Her background spans leadership roles in the public and not-for-profit sectors in the US, Australia, and Canada, where she specialized in building trust, simplifying complex systems, and ensuring inclusive communications. Before joining KFS, Naureen led community engagement and diversity initiatives for a major not-for-profit organization in Canada and held senior advisory roles within government agencies in Australia.

At KFS, Naureen is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. She streamlines onboarding, manages day-to-day service requests, and supports advisors with operational efficiency—all while prioritizing clear, empathetic communication.

Naureen holds a Master’s degree in International Relations (Public Policy) from Monash University (Australia) and a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from McGill University (Canada). In her free time, she enjoys cooking and planning travel experiences for her family.
