Alex joined Kaizen Financial Strategies in October 2026 as Client Services Manager, bringing experience in wealth management operations, client service, and team coordination.

Before joining KFS, Alex served as Business Manager at a wealth management firm, where she supported clients, advisors, and daily office operations. That experience strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities, simplify processes, and build relationships grounded in trust and care.

At KFS, Alex is dedicated to providing a welcoming and responsive client experience. She coordinates day-to-day service requests and supports advisors in meeting clients’ needs, with an emphasis on clear communication, thoughtful follow-through, and continuous improvement.

Alex holds a degree in Business Management from Santa Clara University. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, planning family vacations, and spending time with her husband and their three children.
