A co-founder and Principal Advisor, Saadia is an experienced and passionate Financial Advisor serving executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, couples and families. Her calling is to bring confidence into the lives of others through helping them plan for their financial independence. Saadia is also a frequent speaker at local and national organizations discussing financial services.

Saadia is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner who believes that goal planning, analysis and individual needs identification are necessary before comprehensive investment strategies can be implemented. She is committed to helping her clients take action on important decisions, sometimes with lifelong impact. Prior to co-founding Kaizen Financial Strategies, Saadia served her clients as a Financial Advisor in affiliation with Waddell & Reed, Inc.

She has an MBA in Finance, the CMFC^® designation and the CFP^® certification, which requires a rigorous curriculum on personal financial planning, a comprehensive examination testing an individuals’ ability to integrate and apply financial planning knowledge, and continuing education requirements. Saadia also holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and insurance licenses in California for Life, Accident, Health, and Variable Contracts (CA License #0F12253).

Saadia and her husband, Iftikhar Ahmed, live in the South Bay with their two children. She is actively engaged in her local community and is passionate about issues and opportunities in the areas of education, empowerment and financial well-being of women.
