Jocelyn Yang joined the team at Kaizen Financial Strategies in August 2024 as a Client Services Associate. In her role, Jocelyn is dedicated to enhancing client experiences by managing onboarding processes, addressing day-to-day service requests, and supporting our advisors and back-office operations.

​A proud Trojan alumna, Jocelyn graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. During her time at USC, she was actively involved in psychological research and dedicated her efforts to various non-profit causes. When she’s not in the office, Jocelyn has a passion for thrifting, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors.
