Aiyza Ahmed joined Kaizen Financial Strategies as an Operations Associate in November 2020. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the team with client onboarding, account setups, and follow-ups with custodian back-office operations. She also works diligently to resolve client service requests, performance metrics reporting, and maintaining CRM, billing system, and client portfolio analysis. As a key operational team member, Aiyza’s attention to detail and innate technology savvy contributes towards making Kaizen Financial Strategies a highly efficient and paperless operation.

Prior to joining Kaizen Financial Strategies, she started in the Financial Services Industry in 2019 through her summer internship at Waddell & Reed, Inc. Aiyza is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles.
